Outside man.

Weston can usually be found climbing the fence trying to either get in with the cows, or get a better look at them. He is soooooooo not afraid of them and will walk right up to any of them. Good thing we have nice cows that lick him. Even our newest mama cow lets us come right up to her and her new heifer calf for an ear rub. Yesterday he thought that he needed to load his tractor into the trailer. Ok, I'll admit he isn't perfect, he gets into trouble. A lot. I am amazed at how stubborn he can be when he does or doesn't want to do something. The tantrums are easily ignored, and after a minute he realizes that no one is paying attention to him and quits. I've started sending him to his room if he flat out disobeys. He usually screams for a minute or two, and then I'll open the door and he'll come and give me a hug as if to say he is sorry. Although one night he we was in there for well over an hour because 1) every time I would open the door he wouldn't stop screaming, or 2) would stop screaming yet go right back to throwing his Lego's at the TV which is why he was in trouble in the first place. Daddy has a special way of making Weston feel really, really bad about what he did. Danny will talk to him about what he was in trouble for, and he will just stare back, hang his head, rub his eyes, barely tearing up with this terrible look of sadness on his face. It's hard not to laugh.
But like any kid, he snaps out of it quickly, and a Capri Sun makes him feel better and get back to his normal self.
