Yesterday we had our nine month well check and everything checked out fine! Weston weighs 23 pounds, 2.5 ounces, is 29 inches tall and in great health. His doctor was impressed with how many developmental milestones he has already
achieved. Everyday there is something new. Over the weekend he discovered how to steer and turn around his push-walker. A nice relief for us, since now when he hits the wall, couch or chair he no longer whines until we come rescue him. He has such a big personality now and loves to play games. He also seems to be interested in lots of things...here are some possible career choices based on his recent activities:
Janitor or house-husband?
Team roper or bull rider?
Optometrist or career student?
Veterinarian or lion tamer?
He helped Grandpa with yard work...
...including inspecting his green tomatoes (while sticking out his tounge, a new favorite trick).
He managed to get himself stuck a few times... 
...and has figured out how to climb in the tub all by himself. So far if I pull the shower curtain closed, he cries and thinks he can't get into it anymore. Just a matter of time before he starts pulling it back and discovering that the tub is still there. 
He wasn't too happy about waking up after the game and wasn't too interested in congratulating his cousin Anthony on a good game.
He does like to watch the new additions to our little cow herd.
